On the 27th March 2013 I requested for a quote for car insurance and confirmation of this in order to send to the car dealership to be able to purchase a car for my daughter. Rashid said it will be send to me within a few minutes after an hour or so, I phoned back, but there was no details on their system with regard to my quote. For this reason we could not purchase or get the paper work for the car. I called back to request for them to cancel the policy (951073606), they still did not have anything on system. I called back the next day and the day after that and spoke to Rashid to cancel this, because I got a quote and policy with Outsurance. To date First for woman insurance have not cancelled the quote/policy 951073606 and they have debited my account after I have stipulated numerous of times for them to cancel the policy. Since the 27th March 2013 I spoke to Samantha, Zinhle Gumede, Ridwaan, Rashid, but not one of them could assist me in this matter. I have requested to speak to their managers, no one was available to assist me. Please help, I need the policy cancelled and my money refunded. I do not have money due to this. I have received brilliant service from Outsurance
