No more ebucks

Just want to say a very big thankyou to FNB for NOT being able to help me, the response i got was to be expected, the person that phoned me to deal with my complaint just told me how much they could NOT help me, kept on telling me that it is a stance that FNB has taken to REWARD its clients, such a joke can you actually believe that, so because i choose not to do internet banking i will not be getting my ebucks anymore, it does not matter that i was getting it before. WOW.
So fnb please do not get your people to phone me again to tell me how you cannot help me, you are wasting my time.only contact me again if you are going to reinstate my ebucks.
meanwhile i believe i will start looking else where for a bank in the near future that actually does want to help its clients instead of changing the rules to suit themselves, because it definately does not suit your EXISTING clientele that may choose not to do internet banking.
