I DON'T LOVE MY BANK

Last month, i went twice to the ABSA order to explain to them that I am under Debt Review and that all Debit must be cancelled. I signed more documents that I can count, I even spoke on the "red" phone to their personal loan services and they explain to me that they will revert all money back into my account within 3 -5 working days. And it happened again last night the 26th February 2013 that the bank again withdrew from account, I was so angry went back down to bank, stood in row and hear an unfelt apology that the Customer Lady that the other lady did not cancell the debit order on the system. This I felt is totally unacceptable. They have assured me that my money will be paid in the next 24 hours. (I will keep you posted). I REALLY DON'T LOVE MY BANK!!!
