Trying since 06:47 today to log an electrical problem. All you get from the operator, everytime you phone, system is offline, try in 1 - 2 hours again. According to the OPS manager they can only take your details and once their system is online, issue a job nr as the technicians cannot attend to a problem without it. You can also log it via the website, with the same end result. PATHETIC that with all the modern technology at their disposal, that they cannot deliver a service when their system is down nor take the iniciative and be the missing link in getting the job done. Can we REALLY not think of a way to solve this problem???
