More than a month and still no resolution

12/02- I contacted the FNB guy via Twitter to notify him of my problem. I cannot withdraw money using my card. The message the ATM gives is that I have exceeded my daily ATM limit, which is incorrect as I double checked this amount on my internet banking profile.

I am referred to Sheryl Schwulst at FNB, she says she cannot find a problem with my card, it still does not work.

I've had to remind her to investigate this further, to no avail. I e-mailed the FNB guy yesterday and he tells me that Sheryl advised that I have insufficient funds in my account. Again, not true. FNB Guy then asked Sheryl to assist.

I'm getting annoyed now because I am still unable to withdraw money from my account and it does not look like anyone, besides the FNB Guy is trying to assist.
