In febuary 2013 i did an online enquiry for a loan, i was charged 399 for an enquiry that is nonsense and i need feedback regarding it as this is ilegal.
i did not give anyone consent to debit my account as i only checked if i am elligible for a loan,
Please can someone call me regarding the refund of R399.00 that was illegally debited off my account. See below terms and conditions, this is from the application form i recieved and did not complete

Loans are obtained from financial institutions that are compliant with statutory regulations pertaining to financial services. I/We hereby irrevocably
agree to pay the yearly/annual fee of R350.00 (Three hundred and Fifty rand) per year as per the invoice received and give the company permission to debit my/the above mentioned bank account or
the bank account provided on my online application with a 7 (Seven) day Naedo tracking, through Mygate Communications (Pty) Ltd or BDB Data Bureau, with an additional debit order cost of R49.00
(Forty Nine Rands) on my next salary date for the convenience
