On the 08/02 I used FNB ATM at 1 First Place, Simmonds and Kerk to withdraw R350 using my credit card but the ATM confirmed that it cant process my request. I crossed over to 2 First Place and withdrawn the R350 and this was successfull. When I got to my desk I discovered that my balance decreased twice but only 1 R350 was received and call STD customer service and was told to wait until 19:00 to see if the funds was returned as she could see 2 R350 withdrawn prior to this being logged and to date nothing was returned to me. I went to the Std branch in President and Fraser to report the incident as I was told by customer service when I called again on visiting the branch some teller told me that incontact tells me what is happening hence I told her that I was double debited and only received the R350 once but she stood there smilling telling me there is nothing to dispute. I am still waiting on my statements on my card as this R350 was never returned to me to date.
