While we were at the Greenstone branch today, the store manager Cassie approached a worker at the perfume counter. He then started loudly and VERY unprofessionally humiliating a female worker for not wearing a proper uniform. She was wearing a Dischem golf shirt and black trousers and I do not she looked or acted anything but well groomed and professional. The more she was trying to explain to him that she had a personal problem, the louder he became in embarrassing the poor woman in full view and earshot of all the customers in a full store. This is not the first time I have heard him speaking to his staff in this manner. I unfortunately did not intervene because of the risk of him taking it out on her, but I felt very bad for this lady. Someone like this should NOT be managing staff, and most certainly should not be in any position of power, as he clearly does not know how to deal with employees. We left the store and will not return there if we see him there again.
