Hello Peter
I had an account that was on arreas with African bank, and i failed to make arrangements on time for the payment of the arrears and the bank double deducted on the 15th february 2013 and then i was left with nothing to live on.
The problem is that i did make late arrangements with the bank on the 18th of february 2013 and was promised that the money will be refunded in 48hrs and now is the 26 and am still been told of 48hrs and in the mean time i dont have money to buy food and other important things that needs money.
So my request to you, will be that you help me so that the bank can speed up the prosses as am in need of that money now, cause everytime i call i get a different person with a defferent story, and to me thats a very bad service from a bank this big and am wasting lots of money for calls and faxes.
