I recently enquired via your call centre whether I would be able to get a summary of income received for a certain period of time. I gave the dates to the call centre agent. Seeing that I needed a summary for longer than 3 months back. He pointed me to the branch. I went to enquiries, told the lady that I would please like a summary of monies received for a certain period. She then wanted to print out statements for me, where I then told her that I do not want statements I just want a summary. (like the one on your Internet banking site, bottom of statement) funds in - Total, funds out - Total. All I want. Is that too much too ask??? The branch was not able to supply me with this. Seeing that it is such a simple request, I would like it emailed to me at no cost to myself. Seeing that someone along the line does either not know how your processes work or is not adeqeutly trained
