New banking profile looks good but can improve

Good Day Absa,

I don't really know whether this constitutes as a complaint or a compliment so just picking the latter for diplomatic reasons.

Your new profile looks great in terms of appearance and gives the whole profile a vibrant feel.

Just a few points to take note of as I understand that you are still working on it:
1. Its technically a downgrade if you consolidate the straight and budget facilities like you are doing on the new profile. I have spoken to many people who prefer to see both balances in the summary screen as if gives you an immediate layout of what due in 30 days and what is spread over a couple of months. It would, without any doubts, be a downgrade if the balance summary doesn't contain both credit facilities like it used too.
2. I don't know if you are aware but many people are struggling to adjust their limits on the new profile needless to say that some limits are reset to zero thus making transfers and payment useless. Please keep this in mind.

Apart form the above the fact that the beneficiaries show a longer history and the dropdown menus replaces new popup screens looks allot better.
