Cash back pay out delay for month and weeks now

We sincerely apologise for the delay in this response, and any inconvenience this may have caused to you. Please find attached copy of your Active Policy Summary as well as your Summary Payments. Kindly note that the Cash Back Benefit, will be paid out to you automatically once you have qualified.2. As I could understand from last inquiry and your feedback there were suppose to be a cash back payment after 5 years. I join on 1/10/2007 meaning my payment should have been made back to me after date 1/10/2012 if I/m correct. Still I don't hear anything from you or your department. WHAT IS WRONG.3. Dear Mr Brewis, Thank you for your recent contact with Clientele Legal. According to our records indicate that you do qualify for your Cash Back Bonus of R1234.20. The above funds will be paid into your Capitec bank account on the 20/12/2012.4. Its today the 22nd and their is no funds deposit into my capitec account as you mentioned that the funds will be transferred on the 20th. Explain please.5.Empty promises since 31/12/2012. 6. Today 11/01/2013 still nou cashback. BAD SERVICE
