I lodged a complaint more than 2 weeks ago, it has not been resolved. And the same issue i had is still an issue as we speak. i am being charged for failed debit orders for an account that is closed. What is this.
I am so upset. I am busy closing everything now and i will never ever do business with nedbank ever again in my life. The service, turn around time is even worse.
