On Thursday 21/02/2013 at 15:52 I received an sms notification that R2000 has been transfered from my account to the account in the Headline. I quickly logged into my internet banking account and saw this reference TRANSFER TO 411260871XXXXXXB09. I was gutted as I was supposed to pay for my rent the next day and now I am R2000 less. The next day I drove to Castle Walk from Kempton Park to get answers and I do not believe the drivel that I heard from a lady called Ridshaan who happens to be working for the call centre. She claimed that they informed me that the money was going to be taken from my account and that is a lie. My details with STD Bank are up to date and I never received any correspondence to this effect. They even have the guts to make the transaction look like I am the one who transferred the money. SHAME ON YOU to treat your customers with disdain. After 20 yrs of being a loyal customer I get treated like I money from you. This is and there is no other words to describe it. I need my money back and consider my account with you closed.
