I have settled my account with this organisation early in February after they have been garnishing me, upon my settlement i missed the cut with my employer (HR). HR was supposed to stop the garnishee in February however due to the cut off being missed, they garnishee went through and it is such a mountain to climb to get back my funds back from these people. They requested my payslip & bank statement i provided them with all this, mind you it is petrol to get to the bank, and requesting the statement from the bank costs my account.
There are not responding any email i am sending them, when you call them you will hold 7-10 min then maybe if you lucky someone will pick up.
They don't understand what customer service is, they are not putting themselves in the clients shoes as a result they don't care what happens to the client, so long as it not them whom is being inconvenienced.
I find it very frustrating as i can make use of that money on things that matters, I must mention that they are very incompetent, not professional and customer service is the least of their priority.
