I am so angry, the bank is really bad and the service is

I requested they take my settlement amount for my outstanding loan and they didnt.
Instead they deducted a normal monthly payment, then i paid the difference.
When the loan had been paid off, only then did they take the settlement amount and now they are not returning my money.

The amount is for R1748 and the guy i spoke to at the Eloff street branch gave me attitude as if i had issues for requesting for my money back.

All my accounts with them are paid, why are they taking so long to return my money ..its been a whole week.

I feel like i've just been spat on because i'm always promoting FNB amongs my friend and am the reason why most of them started using it and now they treat me like.
