I have been a momentum multiply member for almost 3 years now. According to the contract I get rewarded points for completing fitness events through [URL Removed] I have to date completed 3 events and submitted claims for these, one as early as Nov 2012. I still have not received points allocation for what I have completed. When contacting them through email, all they tell me is that the backoffice is handling it. When I phone them, I am told the same thing. This has happened since the 9th Feb (for 2 weeks the backoffice, whatever that is, has been handling it but I can simply go on the entrytime site and see that my claims for the events have been approved). I can't help but think momentum is trying to me out of the points I deserve. Furthermore the email response team is pathetic, taking at least 5 hours during business hours to respond and sometimes over 24 hours.
