Account debited - no goods!

(a) On the 19th January 2013 I purcased Telkom airtime for the value of R100.00. The amount was deducted from my account and NO Telkom voucher number provided. On 23rd Jan 2013 I went to complian at yhe Oakdene brach of Absa. Abasa then denied responsibility and sent me to Telkom who also refused to help and again sent me back to Absa. Absa finally asked me to write a report and promised ro respond within 10 days and I'm still waiting!
(b) Socondly during December, I tried to retrieved Absa Rewards electronically, ((Bal was - R100.00) for two Cellphones for R80.00.
Again I did not receive any Voucher numbers for either phones although Cell numbers were supplied. I then sent an e-mail to Absa Rewards - Up till now No response.
