Had Enough!!!

Please check on complaint made on the 5th of February - The complaint reference is 251350. To date, nothing has been done to sort out this query. Today I have been on the phone with FNB for over 30 min trying to find out where this card is. First I get told that they cannot see this card on my profile, and I need to call the following number - 0861 404040. They could not help and was given the next number to call 087 575 0091, surprise surprise, again i was told the call 086 010 2970 to order my card with MY BRANCH. I spoke to Mervon and he said he cannot order a card for me and will escalate the matter. I am SO annoyed right now and think I need to try a different bank as FNB just doesnt give a! I have only had problems since I moved banks from Absa to FNB. Please sort this card out before the end of the week!
