After months of searching, I finally found a house I could afford with a garden for my son to play in, a home.
I turned to you for assistance with my bond, the bank I have loyally supported since I was my sons age, decades. How did you treat me? You deleted the bond application from your system. How do I know this? After receiving no response from you for days I called in this morning and you told me it was deleted off the system 'in error'. I was told it was escalated and given a reference, no one has called me. I emailed you, on the Prestige email as apparently I was once a client worth being given this status, response there was 'we are experiencing high email volumes...'. Do you care? I have now lost the opportunity to buy my home as I could not get finance in time. After years of absolute credit performance and zero bad debt ever, I am left humiliated and without even an assessment. You can't fix this, I will be moving my accounts as soon as possible. You let me down, and that's all I have to say.
