To Whom It May Conern

A Direct Journal Entry has been done on my Account. R4 106.00 was taken without my consent. I have made a payment again into the account. How can you take money without providing me with any correspondence or any formal letters of Demand.

How can you take somebodies bread and butter out of their mouths when they have to pay for rent. How are we to survive. I am trying to sort out my debt as and getting my accounts up to date.

Please investigate and find out what is happening. I am only able to afford what I am able to afford

I would like the amount off R 4 106.00 paid back into my account.
