ABSA JOURNAL DEBIT

On 17 July 2013 I noticed that an amount of R22 960 had gone out of my account as a Journal Debit. I visited a branch where i was told that they could not find any comments on the system regarding this matter and they refered me to their Home loans contact centre to enquire (0860 0111 999) I ended up with 4 different numbers the last one being 011 221 6878 which i have been trying to call since 17/07/2013 with no answer. The refenrence on my statement shows that this money was taken from my savings account to my home loan account with absa. In 2010/2011 i sold that house at a price negotiated with ABSA TO AVOID re-posetion and they accepted and received all proceeds from that sale. To date i have not received any communication regarding the account just a surprise deduction last week.
I had put asisde this money as i am no longer employed. I am now left stranded with two children for whom i must pay school fees, transport rent and buy food, but my account is cleaned out. I need this money to help maintain my family untill i find a job please.
