Had my problem sorted after a 9 week battle

Hi

I last dealt with Michael when taking out my homeloan in 2010. At the end of last year my wife and I wanted to to gain access to remaining funds on the registered bond. At the time of purchase we registered a homeloan at a higher value than our purchase price and the funds granted at the time in anticipation of needing further funds for home improvments in the future.

It took my wife's private banker almost nine weeks and many emails and calls backwards and forwards before we were granted the additional funds based on the valuation of our home (an AIP). Nedbank sent an obviously newly qualified and junior valuator to our property and she valued it at 83% of our purchase price (two years earlier). This resulted in the AIP becoming redundant.

I contacted Micheal, after remebering our dealings when looking through my documents from when the bond was granted. He called me back within minutes of receiving my email and took full control of the situation. He had a senior valuator assess our property and had the loan granted and sorted within a week. He even went as far as to follow up after passing our claim onto others responsible.
