I placed an order and a couple of days later I called and ask since their website stated that they'll deliver
before Christmas whether I'll receive my order before that time since I'll going on holidays from the 25th.
I was told yes the order will make it, but today I called since I checked on the site and saw that the order has been dispatched just to ask when can I expect it, the rude consultant told me I must expect my order next week Friday the 27th. I ordered this as a Surprise Christmas Present for my Mother since I'll be going on Holidays.
I asked if I can speak with his supervisor, he refused and said he's going to tell the same thing. I'm thinking of getting it somewhere else and cancel the order if it's going to arrive next Friday while I'm on vacation.
I told him so and to my surprise he said that's my choice but the Goods will be delivered since they've been dispatched, was he even listening to me when I said I'm going away next week.
