What customer service???
i requested my statement on the 3rd . i get a "thank you for your enquiry" email. then please provide me with ID Number or acc number. which i do. it then GETS DELETED WITHOUT BEING READ!!! GREAT SERVICE!!!
this is not the 1st time this has happened.
WHEN WILL YOU MOVE WITH THE TIMES AND SEND STATEMENTS VIA EMAIL???
the south african postal service is so unreliable that if is committed on my account i fear i will not know about it until it is too late. and i know RCS' response will be "you need to pay attention to your statement and notify us immediately if there is suspicious activity" HOW THE MUST I DO THAT???
