I have been to the bank twice now to update my in contact details and it is still not done. Again i have waisted my time. I have asked the consultant if the number is fixed everywhere and she said yes. Now again if i want to do transfers i need two cellphones, this s totally ridiculous. How much of my time does fnb still want to waist before they can get it right. I want the number fixed and i m not going into the ban again to waist my time again
