I never ever requested a Platinum card in August 2012 and yet they tried to give me one. Then they say issue is resolved no real sorry ujust an Oh well it waist your time. Then I see the platinum card is still linked on my online profile. No problem phone write, is it ther problem do you think since they committed faud in the first place by upgrading my account when I clearly stated on the recording that I did not want this. And yet it is now waist my time some more on calls mails, and then get told I must go in to a branch to fix this. WHO DO I send my BILL to for waisted time. I think maybe its time to move I DO NOT BELIVE THEY CARE. But I bet if I get everyone I know and them some to cancel ther accounts we might get a response QP1303923: Re. QP1302291. Customer support request - Reference. 8927300 to make the same mistake again and make it my problem shew I used to rave to all and sundry about FNB I think I need to sing a different tune SHOCKING service
