ITC listing

I settled my account in March 2013 after they provided me with settelment letter. I, later, faxed the proof of settlement to them. In July/August they listed my name in ITC.I only found out this year when I tried to open an account.
I called them they agreed that their records shows that I sent the proof. They agreed to deal with the matter in January and promised it won't take more than a month.
I am still listed up to date.
