One account application

To whom it may concern

I applied for one account on 15 Dec 2013, I was contacted by Zachary Plagis to require additional documents which was send to him on 23 Dec 2013, since then no reply from him at all his number stays engaged/not available. Now all of a sudden after I called they require additional info. I was told 5 working days it has now been a month I was told it is quick and simple but struggling endlessly. Ref 169812
How can we help you??? JUst give me feedback etc PLEASE
