My husband contacted outsurance for car insurance, they gave him a quote for R900 and something, he said fine let me speak to my wife call Friday and I'll give you an answer. the following week I accidentally got through to them when trying to contact Momentum to cancel our insurance there, then I was notified they had activated it without ever contacting my husband back. Then they gave him a second quote as the first quote was wrong, and he told then let me talk to my wife and they asked can we phone you back the following day and he said its fine phone me the next day. Again they didn't phone and on the 2nd of December they put the debit order through without ever confirming if my husband wanted to go forth with it. If this is the service when your considering joining them, what service will we be getting when we have to claim, no thank you after this we will NEVER use outsurance for anything!!!
