Nedbank makes bad changes without asking client

This morning I use telephone banking service from my landline and get a voice message that this service will be terminated March 2013 - WHY??? - You know Nedbank it is a really bad sign when a bank makes bad decisions about the products they have on offer without checking with their clients. I also have online banking on my cellphone - however the number of times that this service has been unavailable are too many to count thus telephone banking via your 0861 service has been indispensible. So why on earth would you go ahead and cancel it??? Is Nedbank also falling into the same bad service hole as so many other South African companies - there is a pervasive attitude of "let's give as little as possible and charge the highest prices we can get away with- with the least amount of service to our clients".
