I would just like to compliment Happiness Mpungose from Virgin money insurance on the excellent job that she has done with processing my claim. Without going into too much detail happiness made the experience of logging my case an absolute pleasure as she was extremely helpful and friendly. She was also very knowledgeable about her job and answered all my questions, which put my mind at ease. If the rest of my experience is this pleasurable then Virgin money are really doing a great job and I would recommend them to both friends and family. Well done Happiness, keep up the great work.
