I had an accident, i hit a pole, my claim was being handled by Dineo. I held information because i thought it was not relevant little did i know that i needed to disclose everything regardless of whether its personal or not.
i was very upset regarding the service, however Dineo managed to calm me down and explained all the rules to me. She was very patient, kind and understanding. She promised to deliver and she did right on time.
After everything was settled i realised that it takes someone who has a passion to work in a call centre environment especially one in the insurance sector in the department dealing claims, because as customers we swear at them, shout and take out our frustrations, but they still show us respect.
With that said, i would like to send my sincere apology to Miss Dineo from Virgin Money and to thank her for the good service and for delivering on time
Keep up the good work sisi, and continue to stay the way you are.
