Had to make 3 attendances at the branch (total of 3 hours) BUT my EFT limit is STILL not in order and my daughter's (2nd) new bank card STILL does not work.
Sheron Mahlangu doesnot reply or respond to emails.
They just don't care about their customers one iota.
I am moving my account after 20 years (when told this, the respone was: "OH" I understand)
