Unfortunately I have received ANOTHER call from FNB Insurance yesterday, from a person trying to sell my a policy that I am not interested in. I also was'nt interested in the policy on Wednesday, or on Tuesday.
I do not understand why FNB allows their tele sales consultants to keep on harrasing people who are clearly not
interested in the products that they sell.
I was actually very rude yesterday, and hang up on this person. We need to establish where the problem -
is it that these people did not get the proper training, or is it that FNB requires their personnel to keep on phoning? I do feel sorry for these people, who are also perhaps only trying to make an honest living, but to keep on harrasing uninterested clients, is not the correct way of going about this.
