Insufficient, sloppy correspondence

As per below correspondence and more that i could not add to this complaint.i am still waiting for someone to show me why this outstanding amount was not communicated with me before it was handed over.

> Subject: RE: [URL Removed] Loan> Whoever this is.you have no right to send me an e-mail with this information.when my loan was deducted from my bank account.there was no communication as to an amount outstanding.so please forward me how this amount came to and why it was not communicated to me.i have my proof that the loan was paid back and if you have proof of any sort of communication after that payment, for this alledged outstanding amount, then forward this to me.> chantal > 0723796
