I am a customer of Vodacom with a number of contracts. Up to now the service rendered was really good, but I notice that recently that there is an increase in the number of calls from Vodacom selling their various products and additional services. These call centre agents are generally very unprofessional, untrained and rude, especially when one is not interested in the product offered.
Really Vodacom, I understand the sales is important as an organisation, but so is service ethic and retention. Train your telesales marketers to be more professional
