Please rectify your error... I am left with no monies as YOU TOOK MY LAST pennies FOUR DAYS before the debit date I agreed to on my contract. I have a baby who needs nappies and milk and I need petrol to get to work so I can pay your loan amongst other things how can I do this is I don't have money..

I WANT MY MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT BY TOMORROW FOR THE LATEST please.
For a reputable financial institution like yourselves this is just shameless, ripping people off and not worrying about it. No sms or call to apologise for the inconvenience YOU caused.
