After being unemployed and going through a bad debt consolidation I was advised that once again my account is with legal department. Iu then advised that I could pick up on regular payments plus someat the end of feb. I have advised that I will be making normal payments as of the end of feb and need a manager to phone to discuss a. Payment plan of a littke extra every month, however, have had no feedback. I am not willing to deal with consultants as they are rude and unwilling to help. I am single pregnant womenr who is due in april and cannot have this vehicle taken from me yet they just don't seem to see the urgency and stress this is causing as I know they have proceded with legal action despite me saying I can start paying. I am not running away and know the account is far behind but am in the situation to start paying back now as I have just been employed.
