Ive lodged a case with legal wise at the Bellville Branch a month ago. A consultant phoned me during school hours and I could not answer my phone. He e-mailed me and said that he was looking for me. I e-mailed him back to tell him that I connot talk during working hours and that Im available after 3. Since than I e-mailed legalwise twice to ask them progress about my case. Up to now i have heard nothing from legal wise. My case is quite urgent seeing that the body corporate wants me to pay an exorbitant interest on an outstanding levy account. all I want legal wise to do was to investigate whether they are acting within their rights to charge me such high interest. I know i owe levies and I want to pay it, but something does not look right with the account seeing that the body corporate is charging me very high interest. Thats all I want to know, but nobody seems to come back to me after so many e-mails.
