This is the second time in one year that illegal debit orders are being taken off my ABSA account. A total of R1500 has been from me by 'debit order collection companies'.Absa claims they have no control over this and that it is now my problem to cancel these debit orders. Why should I waste my time cancelling something that I didnt start? There must be a serious security breach with Absa banking that this continues to happen to often. I am actually trying to close this account but cannot because there are repeatedly illegal debit orders going off!
I know I am not the only person who has experienced this problem. Absa, your uselessness continues to amaze me.
