On the 17th January 2013 I registered 3 "Once-off" Unit Trusts that my mother had asked me to open for her.
We received a reply on the 21st to say that the account had been opened, however, when I accessed the account we noticed that they had only loaded 2 of the 3 as they referred to the second R10K amount as a duplicate - regardless of the fact that we had registered 3 in total. This was corrected, but it took until today to get access to the online service. When I logged on I then noticed that all 3 (which we had registered separately and which they did not advise me at the time would be seen as ONE investment) had been lumped into 1 Unit Trust. When I contacted them they said that you cannot register 3 Unit Trusts separately - even though their website allows one to choose more than one when registering.
Now I've got to send ANOTHER email to have it corrected yet AGAIN.
