Having always only posted compliments on this site, including one on this same bank, it is disappointing to have to post a complaint!
Contacted the Home Loans department in January about a bond substitution. Advice given to me was completely misleading and has resulted in my Access Bond facility being cancelled.
The lady at the call center who has been dealing with this matter now does not respond to my Emails, Contacted my branch on Monday and asked that somebody from the Home Loans get in contact with me, no response. Sent a mail to the complaint center yesterday, still no response. Having been a client of this bank for over 40 years, is it now time to change banks??
