NO SMS'S on account

When we opened accounts we told you to notify us via sms regarding ALL activity on account, but
don't know what happened sms's just stop, NOW I don't know what's going on, with my account.
It's not just my account, it's my husband's account also.

FIX THIS MESS!!!
