Submission of documents for new Business Account. Received mail mid January giving Reference number of process and approved account number. They mailed further documentation to be completed. This was sent back to FNB 28 Jan and 18 Feb. To date no response.

Once again today I follow up as this is holding up the new business operations. Just to find out that one of the forms are incomplete and that they need to send a courier to collect originals. Nothing to this effect has been communicated to myself until I called today. No feedback was received on the mails sent. I asked to speak to the Manager at which I was told the MANAGER is on a call. 11 minutes later I get to speak to a Team Leader? What part of the word Manager do they not understand - The Manager is in a meeting"

I am dissapointed in the manner of which myself as a new client opening a new Business account, is treated. Currently I am very irrate with the service received.
