I just heard they signed my wife up for a personal loan at Standard Bank at 31% interest per year?? This is ludicrous. My wife as NO debt, she earns R7000 per month, is getting a raisse next month as well. She has ONE debit order for the gym Curves that runs every month. She has never missed this payment once. How can she be classified to be high risk if she has no other liabilities?? If I knew Standard Bank would charge her so much she got have gone to any of the loan like African Bank, Direct axis etc. Very dissapointed, I told her she should have left Standard bank a long time ago, but she wanted to say. Now I am sure she will agree with me.
