Asked my broker to get Discovery to contact me as would like to move my short term, insurance! Had a call from discovery, can unfortunately not recall the name of the lady. After spending 15 minutes on the phone, we got to the details of the last vehicle, as I own it I know that it is a 2004 Mercedes Benz VITO 2.2 cdi 115 crew Bus, her machine only gave 113 and 116 as options, she kept trying to convince me that there is no such care as a 115, obviously I insisted that there is, as I own it, and it is written on the back... an irate lady then said she would find out more and come back to me, it is 2 days later and no call... if this is how the relationship starts, then i would rather go with ALEXANDER FORBES who has been excellent for years and years, and no problems or question when claiming! Sorry Discovery... you lost this tiny little client!
