I've tried on numerous occasions to lodge a claim via the call centre with no success. I eventually managed to speak to somebody about a month ago who promised to get back to me once the system was online but that never happened, I then sent an email to a 'Mervin' and not even a response there. Ironic that 'cheap' is in their motto 'cos their service certainly is!
Awaiting patiently for somebody to get back to me!
