I was on FNB's website and I cannot find a company email, I am so shocked about that, only telephone numbers.
I sent this enquiry into the Ombudsman for Banking yesterday and today I send it to you FNB - please advise why you have no email address on your site and answer this query:
I would like to understand if a South African bank reverses a clients debit order that they signed for with me. I no longer have the funds that were agreed to be paid and I have a signed document where the client agreed in writing to pay it back via debit order. Surely if I send this document to the bank they must re-instate the funds? Or is litigation the only route if this happens?
