To Whom It Concern at FNB

I am a very sad FNB Housing Customer with regards to the service i have been getting for the past month, the month of November (November Instalment). No one seems to take my concerns seriously and my name has even been negatively affected and appears badly on Credit Bereau because of FNB incompetencies.

Can someone at FNB forward a written letter to the Bereau below so that my credit profile can be updated accordingly as it shows that my account is overdue which is in fact not true, i so hate this.

I even went to FNB branch last week wednesday 19 Dece 2012 to try sort out this mess (letter of notification written to me: Ref: A. Malele, dated 4th of December) and the consultant emphasized with me and said FNB housing will contact me about this unfortunate error and ever nice no one has contacted me. the letter states that i am even liable to pay R32 for the notification which is entirely FNB's mistake and wont pay for that and need that amount removed from my statement or as a charge, i have incurred so much charges already because of FNB's mistakes.
